1. Definitions
- Operator — Sadowski Development Maciej Sadowski, ul. Obrońców Ojczyzny 41, 26-670 Pionki, Poland, NIP: 7962891514, REGON: 364118432.
- App — KSeF Connect, a Stripe App installed on the Merchant's Stripe account.
- Merchant — the business using the App.
- KSeF — Poland's National e-Invoicing System, operated by the Ministry of Finance.
- FA(3) — the structured invoice format required by KSeF; FA-KOR — a correction invoice.
2. The service
- The App converts invoices issued in Stripe into the FA(3) format, submits them to KSeF, and writes the KSeF reference number back to the Stripe invoice.
- The App supports correction invoices (FA-KOR) based on Stripe credit notes.
- The App is a supporting tool. It does not replace the Merchant's accounting or tax obligations and does not constitute tax advice.
3. Requirements
- Using the App requires: an active Stripe account, a valid KSeF credential (KSeF certificate or authorization token), and correct seller details (NIP, address).
- Submission applies to B2B invoices — KSeF requires the buyer's NIP. Invoices without a buyer NIP (B2C) are skipped.
- The Merchant can choose when invoices are sent (on finalization, on payment, or manually) and enable/disable writing the KSeF reference into invoice metadata.
4. Merchant obligations
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of seller and buyer data on invoices.
- Obtain, maintain and renew on time KSeF credentials (certificate or token) — this is the Merchant's responsibility.
- Ensure issued invoices comply with applicable tax law. Responsibility for correct tax settlement remains with the Merchant.
- Use the App lawfully and in accordance with the Stripe and KSeF terms.
5. Third-party systems
- KSeF, Stripe and CEIDG are external systems independent of the Operator.
- The Operator is not liable for the unavailability, downtime, changes or errors of KSeF, Stripe or CEIDG, nor for the consequences of changes to KSeF rules or specifications.
6. Fees
- Use of the App is billed based on the number of invoices submitted in a given month (volume-tiered pricing). Current tiers and prices are shown during installation and in the Stripe billing panel.
- Fees are collected via Stripe. Prices are stated in PLN plus VAT as applicable.
- Invoices submitted in the KSeF test environment or in Stripe test mode are not counted toward billing.
7. Liability
- The App is provided "as is", with due care, but without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- The Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or tax consequences arising from incorrect data entered by the Merchant or from the operation of third-party systems.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Merchant in the 12 months preceding the event.
8. Support and complaints
Please send requests, questions and complaints to support@ksef-connect.pl. The Operator will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time.
9. Termination
- The Merchant may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from the Stripe account.
- On uninstall, access tokens are deleted and the account is deactivated. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may change these Terms for valid reasons (legal, technical, or service developments). Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Operator's seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
